Leslie Jackson, President of Jacks & King Consulting Group, has over 30 years experience in the employee and labor relations field as a negotiator, mediator and arbitration advocate. She has exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Leslie has served as a mediator for the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Leslie has also conducted fact finding and EEO investigations for the U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration and other federal agencies.
